From the inside out was a unique experience at Sportcentrum Oudenrijn. Participants were immersed in another world for an hour, where they could fully unwind through physical yoga combined with my spiritual visuals inspired by the chakras.

Afterwards, each participant received a tangible keepsake of the artwork, translated into a still composition where layout, color, and form flowed seamlessly together. Accompanied by a short poem about the chakras, this allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the experience and reflect on it in their own way.
